Honourable Secretary’s Visit to the Institute
The Honourable Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, accompanied by the Director of the Department of Media, Creative Industry and
Intellectual Property and their team, visited the institute and interacted with the faculty members and trainees.
During the visit, the Secretary and her team toured the workshops and classrooms. In her address to the trainees, the Honourable Secretary highlighted the vital role of technicians in the economic development
of the country. She encouraged the trainees to acquire skills with dedication and contribute towards building a strong and economically sound Bhutan. The
trainees expressed that they were deeply inspired by the Secretary’s insightsand felt motivated to pursue their training with greater commitment and
purpose.
